Eliminating "dropouts" If you are experiencing "dropouts", this is usually caused by a poor signal quality or your computer changing the transmitter it is accociated to without you doing anything. If you are experiencing this problem, your best course of action is to move yourself to a new location. Closer to a window or less obstructed by trees, sit out on your balcony if you have one. |
Sending Email For the most part, our hotspot network will take care of this for you. However, if you have added special settings to allow you to send emails from multiple locations you will need to remove any authintication and any SSL settings. Our system will handle your mail as if you were a local user and route it through our services without you needing to authenticate. |
Problems with logon There are many reason why you may be having problems logging onto the system. The most common reasons are that you have run out of time on your existing account and must renew, or that the system thinks you are connected with another machine elsewhere on our network. You can only connect from a single machine at a time on our network, you can not share accounts concurrently. |
How much time do I have left? To work out how much time you have left, log into the "Manage" area via the link on the top of this page. It is accessible without actually logging onto the system so you do not have to waste your access time in order to check your status. |
